This week I have started my weight loss journey!
After my hard pregnancy from April 2011-January 2012, not being able to eat or drink during that time, when I was FINALLY able to enjoy food right after Max made his arrival. I have decided the six months of my food binge has to come to an end! =(
I have been tracking my calories, weight, and exercise on Spark People. On top of that, I have hired a personal trainer to come to the house twice a week to whoop my butt in shape.
Two weeks ago I went to a wedding with one of my Best Friends and took this lovely picture..
(sorry its so small)And after seeing it, I pretty much wanted to barf! Granted I love the dress... not so much on me with the weight that I am (hopefully it will look better once I lose some poundage).
My goal is to get back to where I was about 3 years ago, about 140 -135ish. Hell I would be happy with 150 at this point.
I hope everyone is staying cool in this hot summer weather that has been going around.
