I probably just made some lady's day really bad..... I was confirming appointments for tomorrow.. and a patients wife just called back to let me know he passed away in January.... which lead her to break down in tears on the phone! I feel horrible. I apologized for her loss, but I still can't help but feel guilty that I called and she had a break down.
