Some people..

I normally babysit a handicap child (actually an adult, but looks like a child) every Sunday. No biggie, it's extra cash, and I've been babysitting for the family for about 16 years.

They are a wealthy family and have a two other children who are 16 and 13 years old and have no problems.

They have a maid/nanny that comes to the house Mon-Saturday from 6:00am - 8:00pm.

So my gist of this rambling is.... She calls me today at work, to ask if I was available on Sunday to babysit. SUNDAY as in Easter Sunday!

I mean I should be use to this because I babysit, pretty much every holiday for her... including Christmas Eve simply because they don't want to "hassle" with her, while they are with the whole family for dinner.

But sometimes, I just want to say.. that's your daughter.. it's a holiday... spend some time with her!

Anyone else think this is a little crazy?

I am in love with the Passion Fruit Shaken Iced Tea Lemonades from Starbucks! With Spring weather in the air and temps in the 70's these are much yummier then hot coffee.

I knew it wasn't going to be a good day. I don't know if it was from

~ When I got up this morning, and saw that it was STILL raining outside. Because you know the monsoon that we had yesterday wasn't enough.

~ Or the a-holes who don't turn on their headlights so other vehicles can see them in the torrential down pour!

~ Or could it have been the stupid skeez who I was stuck behind at the busiest intersection, while she was putting on her makeup. And not just her blush or powder... I am talking EVERYTHING from foundation........ to her eyeliner! And letting everyone get in front of her because shes going like 5 mph.

So I have decided tonight , I am skipping the gym...... I'm going to veg out... get some ice cream and crawl into bed early tonight!

Hip Dysplasia! =(

She will be on pain meds two times a day...... and joint supplements.

Hopefully this helps and we don't have to have her hip replaced.

We are still going to go see the Ortho Doctor to see what our options are.

My baby girl is at the doctors today!

She's been having problems with her right leg/hip and we are just praying that it isn't hip dysplasia.

this bugs the hell outta me!

I've been at my place of employment for 4 years come April 13Th, and I have only gotten 1 raise.

I go above and beyond from what my job description calls for. I never call out sick unless I am seriously ill, and even then I come in for a half day, confirm appointments, pull charts, file and then go home. That way I am not putting my duty load on anyone else.

And I never leave early... I am always the last one here until about 4:15 sometimes later.

This job is waring me out........

But at the same time I am thankful to have a job.
